520			_aتقييم تأثير التصنيع الرشيق على آداء المنظمة،إجراء التقييم والمقارنة لشريحة من العاملين باحدي المنظـمـات الصناعية التابعة لجهاز الخدمة الوطنية للقوات المسلحة ، وتم تصميم استبانة وقياس صدقها وتوزيعها وتقييم متغيرات الدراسة ، واختبار فرضياتها الرئيسية والفرعية ، والتوصل للنتائج التالية : 1. نتائج اختبارات الثبات والصدق لأبعاد التصنيع الرشيق وكانت قيم (معامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ - معاملات الثبات المركب - قيم متوسط التباين ) جميعها أكبر من 50% . 2. أظهرت نتائج تقييم عينة الدراسة لمتغيري الدراسة الوعي بكل من المتغير المستقل التصنيع الرشيق وأبعاده الثلاثة (تنظيم موقع العمل، التحسين المستمر، تنظيم الوقت) والمتغير التابع (أداء المؤسسات) وهي قيم عالية في المجتمع وتميل إلى الموافقة عليها بشدة . 3. نتائج اختبار الفرضية الرئيسية الأولى وفرضياتها الفرعية الثلاثة باستخدام طريقة نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية وتقييم النموذج بعدد من معايير الحكم على جودة النموذج والإعتماد عليها والتي أثبتت صدق النموذج للفرضية الرئيسية الأولى بوجود تأثير معنوي بين التصنيع الرشيق وأبعاده الثلاثة وتحسين أداء المؤسسة ، وثبت صحة فرضياتها الفرعية الثلاثة . 4. أثبتت نتائج اختبارات الفرضية الرئيسية الثانية صحتها ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ادراك اعينة الدراسة للتصنيع الرشيق طبقاً لخصائصهم الديموجرافية (العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة).
520			_aEvaluating the impact of lean manufacturing on the organization’s performance, conducting an evaluation and comparison for a segment of workers in one of the industrial organizations affiliated with the National Service of the Armed Forces. A questionnaire was designed, its validity was measured and distributed, the variables of the study were evaluated, its main and subsidiary hypotheses were tested, and the following results were reached . 1. Results of reliability and validity tests for the dimensions of lean manufacturing. The values of (Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient - composite reliability coefficients - average variance values) were all greater than 50% . 2. The results of the study sample’s evaluation of the study’s two variables showed awareness of both the independent variable of lean manufacturing and its three dimensions (worksite organization, continuous improvement, time management) and the dependent variable (institutional performance), which are high values in society and tend to be strongly approved of 3. The results of testing the first main hypothesis and its three sub-hypotheses using the structural equation modeling method and evaluating the model with a number of criteria for judging the quality of the model and relying on it, which proved the validity of the model for the first main hypothesis in the presence of a significant effect between lean manufacturing and its three dimensions and improving the organization’s performance, and the validity of its three sub-hypotheses was proven. 4.The results of the tests of the second main hypothesis proved its validity and the existence of statistically significant differences in the study samples’ perception of lean manufacturing according to their demographic characteristics (age, educational qualification, years of experience).
