520		3	_aThis research shows the analysis of automated maintenance procedures along the operational period of the building. The aim is to propose a framework for automated operation and maintenance activities to be applied for national projects in Egypt. These objectives are handled through applying BIM dimensions for the as build model within facility management operating system of the building. However, 3D scanning technologies are also involved for the automated update of as build BIM model due to occurred maintenance activities. Hence, the desired result is creating an online shared platform that enables different contributing project parties to access the real time status of the as build BIM model through cloud computing applications.
