520			_aهدفت الدراسة الى تأصيل مفاهيم مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وأنواعها، وخصائصها وتأثيراتها وكذلك تأطير أهمية الأمن المجتمعي وأبعاده المختلفة، ويتم تحقيق هذا الهدف من خلال الإطار النظري, والعمل على كشف الأثار الإيجابية والسلبية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على المجتمع المغربي، ويتم تحقيق هذا الهدف من خلال الدراسة الميدانية, واقتراح العديد من التوصيات التي من شأنها تفعيل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي بأبعاده المختلفة, واستخدمت الدراسة نظرية الحلقة الاجتماعية والنظرية البنائية ونظرية راس المال الاجتماعي الافتراضي, ونظرية الشبكة الاجتماعية, واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الانثروبولوجي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي, وتم تصميم أداة الاستبيان تكونت من اربع محاور تمثلت في الخصائص الديموجرافية متمثلة في العمر، النوع، المهنة، المستوى التعليمي, والأثار الإيجابية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي, والأثار السلبية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي, والأمن المجتمعي، وتم تقسيمه إلى خمس أبعاد البعد السياسي للأمن المجتمعي, والبعد النفسي للأمن الاجتماعي, والبعد الاقتصادي للأمن المجتمعي, والبعد الديني للأمن المجتمعي, والبعد الفكري والثقافي للأمن المجتمعي. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى تمثلت الاثار الثقافية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في مراكش العاصمة في اكتساب ثقافات متنوعة قد لا تتناسب مع ثقافة المجتمع المغربي، انسلاخ الفرد عن البيئة الثقافية المحيطة به، وجود فجوة بين الجيل القديم والجيل الجديد، وتمثلت الاثار السلوكية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في مراكش العاصمة في العزلة الاجتماعية والانطوائية، تساهم في ظهور حالات من الانحراف السلوكي بين الافراد، إدمان الافراد على استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وتمثلت الاثار الامنية لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في مراكش العاصمة في انتشار الجرائم الاخلاقية بين الافراد، نشر وترويج المخدرات بين الافراد، زيادة نسبة الجرائم الالكترونية، زيادة معدل القلق والخوف من الجرائم، وتمثلت مستوى الامن المجتمعي في مراكش العاصمة في ثقافة المجتمع المغربي تتقبل التطور التقني لتطوير قدرات أفراد المجتمع في هذا المجال، يتميز المجتمع المغربي بقوة الروابط الاجتماعية بين أفراده، تعمل الاسرة المغربية على تنشئة أبنائها على القيم المجتمعية السليمة.
520			_aThe study aimed to establish the concepts and types of social networking sites, their characteristics and effects, as well as framing the importance of societal security and its various dimensions. This goal is achieved through the theoretical framework, and work to reveal the positive and negative effects of social networking sites on Moroccan society. This goal is achieved through the field study, The study used social circle theory, constructivist theory, virtual social capital theory, and social network theory. The study followed the anthropological approach and the descriptive analytical approach,The questionnaire tool was designed with four axes, represented by the demographic characteristics of age, gender, profession, educational level, the positive effects of social networking sites, the negative effects of social networking sites, and societal security. It was divided into five dimensions, the political dimension of societal security, and the psychological dimension. Social security, the economic dimension of societal security, the religious dimension of societal security, and the intellectual and cultural dimension of societal security. The results of the study concluded that the cultural effects of social networking sites in Marrakesh, the capital, were the acquisition of diverse cultures that may not be compatible with the culture of Moroccan society, the isolation of the individual from the cultural environment surrounding him, and the existence of a gap between the old generation and the new generation. The behavioral effects of social networking sites in Marrakesh, the capital, were represented Social isolation and introversion contribute to the emergence of cases of behavioral deviation among individuals, and individuals’ addiction to using social networking sites, The security impacts of social networking sites in Marrakesh, the capital, were represented by the spread of moral crimes among individuals, the dissemination and promotion of drugs among individuals, an increase in the rate of electronic crimes, an increase in the rate of anxiety and fear of crimes, and the level of community security in Marrakesh, the capital, was represented by a culture of Moroccan society that accepts technical development to develop capabilities. Community members in this field, Moroccan society is characterized by strong social ties between its members.
