520		3	_aIntroduction: growth disorders have long been recognized to occur in many systemic conditions, including inherited coagulopathies particularly when the disease process is not satisfactorily controlled. The aim of study: to evaluate physical growth, growth velocity, weight gain, stature and pubertal changes among of children and adolescents with inherited bleeding disorders over period of 6 months and to compare those on prophylaxis and those not on prophylaxis and to compare different groups of inherited coagulopathies. Methods: All data demographic, treatment, hospitalization, collected from patient's medical records and data collection sheet we assesse impact of prophylaxis using ISTH-BAT score, quality of life questionnaire, physical activity questionnaire score in order to evaluate the whole impact of prophylaxis regarding growth, puberty, quality of life, physical activity and bleeding score of 150 children and adolescents diagnosed with inherited coagulopathies disorders. Results: BMI among 150 children and adolescents diagnosed with inherited coagulopathies, revealed a higher percent of underweight at the baseline 47.3% of those patients, while overweight or obese percent was 4% at the baseline and short stature at baseline visit were 10.6% of all patients. Our cohort demonstrates 21.3% percent of these patients had poor growth velocity and 79 % percent of pubertal delay in 34 participants from 43 at pubertal ages.
520		3	_aمقدمة: لطالما عُرف أن اضطرابات النمو تحدث في العديد من الحالات الجهازية، بما في ذلك اعتلالات تخثر الدم الوراثية، خاصةً عندما لا تُسيطر على مسار المرض بشكل مُرضٍ. هدف الدراسة: تقييم النمو البدني، وسرعة النمو، وزيادة الوزن، والقامة، وتغيرات البلوغ لدى الأطفال والمراهقين المصابين باضطرابات تخثر الدم الوراثية على مدى 6 أشهر، ومقارنة أولئك الذين يتلقون العلاج الوقائي بمن لا يتلقونه، ومقارنة مجموعات مختلفة من اعتلالات تخثر الدم الوراثية. المنهجية: بجمع جميع البيانات الديموغرافية، والعلاج، وفترة الإقامة في المستشفى، من السجلات الطبية للمرضى، وأوراق جمع البيانات، قمنا بتقييم تأثير العلاج الوقائي باستخدام درجة ISTH-BAT، واستبيان جودة الحياة، واستبيان النشاط البدني، وذلك لتقييم التأثير الكلي للعلاج الوقائي على النمو، والبلوغ، ونوعية الحياة، والنشاط البدني، ودرجة النزيف لدى 150 طفلًا ومراهقًا مُشخصين باضطرابات تخثر الدم الوراثية. النتائج: كشف مؤشر كتلة الجسم لدى 150 طفلاً ومراهقاً مُشخَّصين بأمراض تخثر الدم الوراثية، عن ارتفاع نسبة نقص الوزن عند خط الأساس، حيث بلغت 47.3% من هؤلاء المرضى، بينما بلغت نسبة زيادة الوزن أو السمنة 4% عند خط الأساس، وبلغت نسبة قصر القامة عند زيارة خط الأساس 10.6% من جميع المرضى. وتُظهر مجموعتنا أن 21.3% من هؤلاء المرضى عانوا من ضعف في سرعة النمو، و79% من تأخر البلوغ لدى 34 مشاركاً من أصل 43 مشاركاً في سن البلوغ.
