520			_aيُعد موسم الحج من أبرز المناسبات الدينية على مستوى العالم، حيث تتولى المملكة العربية السعودية الإشراف الكامل على تنظيمه وإدارته، مع تقديم الخدمات لملايين الحجاج القادمين من مختلف بقاع الأرض. ويتم ذلك في وقت واحد ورغم التحديات الكبيرة التي تصاحب هذا الحدث، سواء كانت تحديات أمنية، أو صحية، أو مرتبطة بالعوامل الطبيعية، أو حتى تلك الناجمة عن سلوكيات البشر أنفسهم. نظرًا للتجمع الهائل من البشر في مواقع محدودة لأداء مناسك موحدة وفي إطار تحركات جماعية متكررة، ينشأ العديد من الأزمات التي تتطلب التنبؤ المسبق بها ووضع استراتيجيات استباقية وآليات دقيقة للتعامل معها. كما يستدعي الأمر توفير موارد بشرية وتقنية كبيرة لمواجهة الطوارئ الميدانية بسرعة، بهدف حفظ أرواح الحجاج وتيسير أداء المناسك عليهم بأمان ويسر. تشير نتائج الدراسات إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات آراء المشاركين في العينة البحثية بشأن دور الرئاسة العامة لشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي في إدارة الأزمات وتنظيم الحشود، بما في ذلك الأداء التنظيمي للمركز الإعلامي الافتراضي، وذلك وفقًا لمتغير الجنس. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، يوصي الباحث بضرورة تعزيز الجوانب التقنية والتكنولوجية المصاحبة لموسم الحج، لاسيما من خلال ضمان توفر شبكة إنترنت ذات كفاءة عالية قادرة على تحمل الضغط الهائل الناتج عن الاستخدام الكثيف أثناء موسم الحج.
520			_aThe Hajj season is one of the most prominent religious occasions in the world, as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia fully supervises its organization and management, while providing services to millions of pilgrims coming from all over the world. This is done simultaneously and despite the major challenges that accompany this event, whether they are security, health, natural factors, or even those resulting from human behaviors themselves. Due to the massive gathering of people in limited locations to perform unified rituals and within the framework of repeated collective movements, many crises arise that require prior prediction and the development of proactive strategies and precise mechanisms to deal with them. It also requires the provision of large human and technical resources to quickly confront field emergencies, with the aim of preserving the lives of pilgrims and facilitating the performance of rituals for them safely and easily. The results of the studies indicate that there are no statistically significant differences between the average opinions of the participants in the research sample regarding the role of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque in crisis management and crowd organization, including the organizational performance of the virtual media center, according to the gender variable. In light of these results, the researcher recommends the necessity of enhancing the technical and technological aspects accompanying the Hajj season, especially by ensuring the availability of a highly efficient Internet network capable of withstanding the enormous pressure resulting from heavy use during the Hajj season.
