520		3	_aDespite the increasing global adoption of green building approaches and the establishment of numerous standards and codes, a comprehensive and systematic management method for green projects remains underdeveloped. This gap has led to unresolved issues in some countries, such as financing challenges, cost overruns, and project delays, affecting the overall performance of green projects. A sustainable management methodology that spans the entire lifecycle of a building—from inception to disposal—has not yet been achieved. This study aims to develop a framework that enhances green project management and promotes sustainability. It proposes a practical framework designed to support stakeholders, including private and government agencies, throughout all project phases, from planning to operation and eventual disposal. By integrating tools such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) with management methodologies like AGILE, Six Sigma, and LEAN, the framework will address key aspects of green projects, including green economy, management, contracts, and procurement. Applied to administrative projects, the framework will identify the main problems and risks encountered, offering solutions to demonstrate its potential for future applications. The goal is to create a functional, sustainable approach to green project management that ensures long-term viability and success.
