520			_aتناولت الدراسة موضوعاً حيوياً يتعلق بتطوير العمل الإحصائي في مصر، وهو "دور منظومة الإحصاءات الذكية الوطنية في تطوير إدارة الأزمات: دراسة حالة الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء". نظراً لأهميته في ظل التحولات التكنولوجية السريعة وثورة البيانات التي تتطلب تطوير الأنظمة الإحصائية التقليدية لتواكب هذه التغيرات وتلبي احتياجات صناع القرار بشكل أكثر فعالية، وهدفت الدراسة إلى قياس العلاقة بين منظومة الإحصاءات الذكية وإدارة الأزمات من خلال التعرف على متطلبات وتحديات التحول لمنظومة إحصاءات ذكية، ودراسة طبيعة الأزمات الناتجة عن فجوات البيانات التي ينتجها نظام الإحصاء الوطني، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مُستخدمة الاستبيان لعينة تضمنت280 مفردة من الخبراء والمتخصصين في الإحصاء؛ إلى جانب الاستعانة بأدوات التحليل الرباعي (SWOT) لتقييم الوضع الحالي لنظام الإحصاء الوطني، كما استخدمت الدراسة عدة أساليب إحصائية متقدمة لتحليل البيانات، وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05α≤) لمنظومة الإحصاءات الذكية بأبعادها (تهيئة بيئة العمل، امتلاك تقنيات معالجة البيانات، خصوصية وأمن البيانات، والابتكار والتطوير) في إدارة الأزمات بأبعادها (الاقتصادي، السياسي، الاجتماعي، القانوني/الأخلاقي، والعلمي). كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية قوية بمعامل إرتباط بلغ (0.713)؛ كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني استراتيجية شاملة لدمج مصادر البيانات غير التقليدية، والاستثمار في تطوير البنية التحتية التكنولوجية، وبرامج التدريب، والشراكات الاستراتيجية، وتطوير الإطار القانوني لحماية البيانات، وإنشاء وحدة متخصصة لإدارة أزمات فجوات البيانات، مما يتطلب جهوداً متكاملة لتنسيق السياسات وآليات التنفيذ وفتح آفاقاً جديدة للبحث في مجال تطبيقات. الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحليلات البيانات الضخمة لضمان تطوير واستدامة جوانب العمل الإحصائي في مصر.
520			_aThis study addressed a vital topic concerning the development of statistical work in Egypt: "The Role of the National Smart Statistics System in Developing Crisis Management: A Case Study of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics." Given its importance amid rapid technological transformations and data revolution that requires developing traditional statistical systems to keep pace with these changes and meet decision-makers' needs more effectively, the study aimed to measure the relationship between smart statistics system and crisis management by identifying requirements and challenges of transitioning to a smart statistics system, and studying the nature of crises resulting from data gaps produced by the national statistical system. The study relied on descriptive analytical approach using a questionnaire for a sample of 280 statistics experts and specialists, alongside using SWOT analysis tools to evaluate the current national statistical system. The study used several advanced statistical methods for data analysis. The results showed a statistically significant impact at level (α≤0.05) of the smart statistics system with its dimensions (work environment preparation, data processing technology possession, data privacy and security, and innovation and development) on crisis management with its dimensions (economic, political, social, legal/ethical, and scientific). The results also revealed a strong positive correlation with a correlation coefficient of (0.713). The study recommended adopting a comprehensive strategy for integrating non-traditional data sources, investing in technological infrastructure development, training programs, strategic partnerships, developing the legal framework for data protection, and establishing a specialized unit for managing data gap crises. This requires integrated efforts to coordinate policies and implementation mechanisms, opening new horizons for research in artificial intelligence applications and big data analytics. To ensure the development and sustainability of statistical work aspects in Egypt.
