520			_aتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى أثر التطبيق الفعال للتكنولوجيا في مجال التعليم على مدى التأثر بالأزمات الصحية بالتطبيق على جائحة الكورونا في مصر، حيث لعبت التكنولوجيا والتقنيات الحديثة دورا فعالا في السنوات القليلة الماضية. فعندما اثرت جائحة كورونا على اغلب جوانب الحياة حول العالم اتخذ المسؤولين احتياطات صحية للتخفيف من آثار الجائحة وابطاء معدل انتشار العدوي من خلال بعض التدابير والإجراءات الوقائية والاحترازية اللازمة والتي شملت التباعد الاجتماعي وعدم الاختلاط وحظر التجول والسفر. ومع تفشي فيروس كورونا لم يكن قطاع التعليم في مأمن من هذه الاثار، فقد أغلقت أغلب المؤسسات التعليمية أبوابها أمام الطلاب، وهو ما فرض على القائمين على هذه المؤسسات ضرورة إيجاد حلول بديلة وسريعة وتدابير وخطط وتجهيزات لتلبية الاحتياجات التعليمية للطلاب خلال الازمة وضمان استمرار العملية التعليمة في مختلف المراحل بجودة عالية. لقد فرضت الجائحة تحول التعليم من النمط التقليدي الي التحول للتعليم عن بعد مستعينة بذلك للدور الفعال والحلول المبتكرة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والتقنيات والتطبيقات الحديثة. استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، حيث تم تصميم استبيان لاستقصاء رأي مجموعة من (المدرسين الموجهين – المختصين بالعملية التعليمية) من العاملين بالمدارس بإقليم القاهرة الكبرى (القاهرة – الجيزة – القليوبية) حيث تم توزيع استمارة استقصاء على عينة الدراسة وتجميع وتحليل البيانات، واختبار الفروض. وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج اهمها وجود علاقة جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات (مدي توفر الموارد المادية والمالية اللازمة - مدي توفر الموارد البشرية في التقنية والتكنولوجيا - مدي إدراك أهمية التقنية التكنولوجية) وآثار جائحة كورونا في مجال التعليم. خلصت الدراسة لتقديم مجموعة من التوصيات ومنها ضرورة تفعيل استراتيجية واضحة ومكتملة الأركان للتحول الرقمي، مع وجود جهة مسئولة عن متابعة تنفيذها بالكامل مع كافة الجهات المعنية، أهمية تحسين البنية التحتية التكنولوجية، ومضاعفة الاستثمار في الشبكات لاستيعاب كمية البيانات التي ستكون عليها المرحلة المقبلة، خاصة في المناطق الريفية والنائية، لتمكين قطاع التعليم من تلبية الاحتياجات في المناطق المختلفة، وخاصة النائية منها، أهمية تفعيل استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الطبي من خلال تحليل البيانات وفهم آليات انتشار المرض باستخدام البيانات الضخمة، وتحديد بؤر انتشار المرض، ومناطق التجمعات الكبيرة أو المخالفات لقرارات الحظر من خلال الخرائط الحرارية، ضرورة الاهتمام بضخ الاستثمارات في صناعة التكنولوجيا، وتوجيه البنوك للاستثمار في شركات تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
520			_aThis study aims to identify the impact of the effective application of technology in the field of education on the extent of the impact of health crises, applying it to the Corona pandemic in Egypt, where technology and modern technologies have played an effective role in the past few years. When the Corona pandemic affected most aspects of life around the world, officials took health precautions to mitigate the effects of the pandemic and slow the rate of spread of infection through some necessary preventive and precautionary measures and procedures, which included social distancing, not mixing, curfews and travel bans. With the outbreak of the Corona virus, the education sector was not safe from these effects, as most educational institutions closed their doors to students, which forced those in charge of these institutions to find alternative and rapid solutions, measures, plans and equipment to meet the educational needs of students during the crisis and ensure the continuation of the educational process at various stages with high quality. The pandemic imposed a shift in education from the traditional model to a shift to distance learning, using the effective role and innovative solutions of information technology, technologies and modern applications. This study used the descriptive analytical approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study, as a questionnaire was designed to survey the opinion of a group of (supervising teachers - specialists in the educational process) working in schools in the Greater Cairo region (Cairo - Giza - Qalyubia), where a survey form was distributed to the study sample and the data was collected and analyzed, and the hypotheses were tested. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of a fundamental relationship with statistically significant relationship between the variables of applying information technology (the extent of availability of the necessary material and financial resources - the extent of availability of human resources in technology and technology - the extent of awareness of the importance of technological technology) and the effects of the Corona pandemic in the field of education. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including the need to activate a clear and comprehensive strategy for digital transformation, with a body responsible for following up on its full implementation with all concerned parties, the importance of improving the technological infrastructure, and doubling investment in networks to accommodate the amount of data that will be in the next stage, especially in rural and remote areas, to enable the education sector to meet the needs in different areas, especially remote ones, the importance of activating the use of information technology and artificial intelligence in the medical field by analyzing data and understanding the mechanisms of disease spread using big data, and identifying disease outbreak hotspots, areas of large gatherings or violations of curfew decisions through heat maps, the need to pay attention to pumping investments into the technology industry, and directing banks to invest in information technology companies.
