| 520 | _aهدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم أثر الصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي على الأمن المائي الفلسطيني، باستخدام المؤشرات الخمس المتعلقة بالأمن المائي المتمثلة في المؤشر الكمي والكيفي، والمؤشر الاقتصادي والمؤشر العسكري، إضافة إلى الؤشر السياسي؛ وخلصت النتائج إلى تقييم أثر الصراع الدائر في فلسطين على مرور تلك السنوات الطويلة قد أثر بشكل كبير على الأمن المائي الفلسطيني، وهو ما أشارت إليه المؤشرات الخمس، من نقص كمية المياه، وتلوثها كيفًا، وتصدع الاقتصاد الفلسطيني نتيجة نقص المياه، إضافة إلى قيام حروب قوامها الصراع على الماء، كما يتوقع أن تقوم حروب مستقبلية قوامها الصراع على المياه، ومن ثم فإن المؤشر السياسي أبان عن اتفاقيات سياسية بين الجانبين الفلسطين والإسرائيلي إلا أنَّ الأخيرة عملت على مصادرة الحق الفلسطيني في مياهه، ولم تلتزم بما جاء في اتفاقيات أوسلو ولا ما نصَّت عليه قوانين حقوق الإنسان، ولا خلاص من تلك القضية إلا بحل الدولتين، والحفاظ على حقوق الدولة الفلسطينية في مصادرها المائية. | ||
| 520 | _aThe study aimed to evaluate the impact of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict on Palestinian water security, using the five indicators related to water security, represented by the quantitative and qualitative indicators, the economic indicators, and the military indicators, in addition to the political indicators. The results concluded that the impact of the ongoing conflict in Palestine over the course of these long years has greatly affected Palestinian water security, as indicated by the five indicators, from the shortage of water quantity, its qualitative pollution, and the collapse of the Palestinian economy as a result of the shortage of water, in addition to the outbreak of wars based on the conflict over water, as it is expected that future wars based on the conflict over water will occur. Therefore, the political indicator revealed political agreements between the Palestinian and Israeli sides, but the latter worked to confiscate the Palestinian right to its water, and did not abide by what was stated in the Oslo Accords or what was stipulated in human rights laws, and there is no solution to this issue except through the two-state solution, and preserving the rights of the Palestinian state to its water resources. | ||
