520		3	_aThis research studied and analyzed the image portraying psychiatric illness in Egyptian cinema by shedding light on the characteristics of psychiatric patients provided by these movies and how they affect the audience. The researcher analyzed the content of 10 films portraying psychiatric illness from Egyptian cinema to understand the characteristics of this image and its relationship to the receiver's perception, starting from 1950 to 2019, discussing this topic. The researcher also conducted a Field Study on 400 people (available sample) from 03/10/2023 to 30/12/2023 from Cairo and Giza governerates ranging from 18-40 years old to measure the impact of Egyptian cinema on their perception towards psychiatric illness portrayal in cinema. The study concluded that: Comedy and romantic films topped the list of the most popular films dealing with psychiatric illness as a theme. The results also showed that viewers tend to believe the information from the movies selected for content analysis. In addition, people tend to believe that mentally ill people are considered dangerous people who should be avoided based on their portrayal in Egyptian cinema. It is clear that most viewers were largely aware that films constitute a major factor in shaping their attitudes toward psychiatric illness. Most of the respondents believed that mental health hospitals were depicted in Egyptian cinema as inappropriate places for treating patients. Most audiences also believe that Egyptian cinema superficially presents psychiatric illness. Participants in the survey also believe that Egyptian cinema created a distorted image of mentally ill patients. Psychiatrists were also presented in this unbalanced image.
520		3	_aالهدف من البحث: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل صورة المرض النفسي في السينما المصرية، من خلال تسليط الضوء على خصائص صورة المرضى النفسيين التي تقدمها هذه الأفلام، وفهم أوجه الاختلاف والتشابه بين الصورة المعروضة عبر السينما المصرية لفهم تأثيرها لدى الجمهور، حيث تميل السينما إلى تصوير هؤلاء المرضى في معظم مشاهد هذه الأفلام بصورة غير واقعية. نوع البحث ومنهجه: تعد هذه الدراسة دراسة وصفية، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل مضمون الأفلام التي تصور المرض النفسي في السينما المصرية لدراسة خصائص هذه الصورة وعلاقتها بإدراك المتلقي. كما يتناول هذا البحث اتجاهات الجمهور العام نحو المرض النفسي مقارنة بواقعهم الاجتماعي. عينة البحث: العينة التحليلية: تتضمن عينة الدراسة تحليل عدد 10 أفلام مصرية تناولت الأمراض النفسية بداية من عام 1950 وحتى عام .2019 عينة الدراسة الميدانية: تم إجراء هذا الاستطلاع على 400 شخص (عينة عشوائية) من سكان محافظتي القاهرة والجيزة لقياس مدى تأثير السينما المصرية على إدراكهم تجاه صورة المرض النفسي في السينما. أدوات البحث: قامت الباحثة بتصميم استمارة تحليل مضمون واستمارة استبيان لإجراء هذا البحث. وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: تصدرت الأفلام الكوميدية والرومانسية قائمة الأفلام الأكثر شعبية التي تناولت الأمراض النفسية كموضوع لها. وأظهرت النتائج أن معظم المشاهدين يميلون إلى تصديق المعلومات المقدمة عبر الأفلام السينمائية التي تم تحليل مضمونها عبر هذه الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى أن المشاهدين يميلون إلى الاعتقاد بأن المرضى النفسيين يعدون أشخاصاً خطيرين يجب تجنبهم بناءً على صورتهم في السينما المصرية.وقد أدرك معظم المشاهدين أن الأفلام تشكل عاملاً رئيسياً في تشكيل اتجاهاتهم تجاه المرض النفسي. هذا ويرى أغلب المشاركين أن مستشفيات الصحة النفسية تم تصويرها في السينما المصرية على أنها مكان غير مناسب لعلاج المرضى. كما يعتقد أغلب الجمهور أن السينما المصرية تقدم الأمراض النفسية بشكل سطحي. ويرى المشاركون في الاستبيان أن السينما المصرية ساعدت في خلق صورة مشوهة تجاه المرضى النفسيين، حيث ظهر الأطباء النفسيون بشكل غير متوازن.
