520 3 _aStudy topic Impact of a healthy work environment on Employees’ Performance Study sample: the education sector of the city of Benha This study includes what is a healthy work environment, and the dimensions of an independent variable are mental health, functional satisfaction and well-being in the workplace. The variable followed by the performance of the staff, the productive dimension, the performance of tasks, the efficiency of the study and the sample obtained from a group of secondary government schools in the city of Benha to learn about the impact of the healthy working environment on the performance of teachers, employees and administrators in those schools. The identification was used as a major data collection tool. There is also a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of the independent variable, the healthy working environment and the variable that follows the performance of the workers, that there is a correlation between the dimensions. The researcher recommended attention to the work environment and to the workplace to make the workplace a healthy place so that teachers could develop ways and methods of explaining and also to the material worker, in the sense of increasing salaries and incentives, because it affected the teacher's performance at work. The researcher also listened to an interest in conducting training courses for teachers, developing teacher performance in explanation and creativity, and making important periodic trainings for teachers so that they could develop strategies and plans that would help students understand more quickly because pre-university education was very important in the student's life, and making regular trainings to raise the teacher's awareness of the psychological aspect of students.
520 3 _aالعمل الصحية على اداء المدرسين و الموظفين و ادارين فى تلك المدارس وتم استخدام الاستبانة كاداه رئيسية لجمع البيانات و تم استخدام طريقة العينه المسيره و التى بلغ حجمها 411 واظهرت النتائج ان يوجد تاثير ذو دلالة احصائية بين بيئة العمل الصحية واداء العاملين كما يوجد ايضا تاثير ذو دلالة احصائية بين ابعاد المتغير المستقل بيئة العمل الصحية والمتغير التابع اداء العاملين اى يوجد علاقة ارتباط طرديا بين الابعاد واوصت الباحثة على الاهتمام بيئة العمل و الاهتمام بمكان العمل لجعل مكان العمل مكان صحيه ليكى يستطيع المدرسين التطوير من طرق و اساليب الشرح و الاهتمام الايضا بالعامل المادى بمعنى زيادة المرتبات و الحوافز لان ذلك يوثر على اداء المدرس فى العمل واصت ايضا الباحثة بالاهتمام بعمل دورات تدريبة و تاهيلة للمدرسين والعمل على تطوير اداء المدرسين فى الشرح و الابداع وعمل تدريبات دورية مهمة للمدرسين لكى يستطيعوا و ضع استراتجيات و خطط تساعد الطالب على الفهم بشكل اسرع لان فترة التعليم ما قبل الجامعى مهمة جدا فى حياة الطالب و عمل تدريبات دورية ايضا لرفع وعى المدرس بالاهتمام بالجانب النفسى للطلاب
