520 _aBackground: Job control is important factor for managing job demands and achieving work life balance which reflect on nursing staff performance and patient care. Aim of study: The aim was to examine the influence of job demands and job control on work–life balance among nursing staff. Design: Descriptive, correlational research design was used for this study. Setting: The study was conducted at El-Sadat Central Hospital in Menofia governorate which is affiliated to Ministry of health. Sampling: A convenient sample of 150 nursing staff out of 313 was constituted the study sample. Tools: Data was collected through utilizing three tools (I) Personal characteristics and work related data sheet. (II) Job demands and job control questionnaire. (III) Work–life balance questionnaire. Results: The results revealed that more than two thirds (70.7%) of the studied nurses had a high level of total job demands, about two thirds (64%) of the studied nurses had a moderate level of total job control and more than two thirds (76.7%) of the studied nurses had a moderate level of total work life. Conclusion: Accordingly, it can be concluded that the studied nursing staff highly perceived job demands, job control and work- life balance and there was a highly statistically significant positive strong correlation between job control and work life balance among the studied nursing staff and there negative strong correlation between job demand and both job control and work- life balance. Recommendations: Nurse manager should support nurses with healthy work environment which involve good management of work load and ensure availability and dissemination of guidelines, standard, policy and procedures and create defined roles and responsibilities with balanced work as well as flexibility in scheduling.
520 _aﺗﺤﻈﻰ ﺑﯿﺌﺔ ﻋﻤﻞ اﻟﻤﻤﺮﺿﯿﻦ ﺑﺎھﺘﻤﺎم ﻛﺒﯿﺮ و ﻋﺎﻟﻤﻲ. ﻧﻈﺮًا ﻟﻮﺟﻮد إﺟﻤﺎع ﻣﺘﺰاﯾﺪ ﻋﻠﻰ زﯾﺎدة ﻓﺮص ﺗﺤﺴﯿﻦ ظﺮوف اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺸﻔﯿﺎت. و ذﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻟﺤﻔﺎظ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪد ﻛﺎفٍ ﻣﻦ ھﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﺾ، و اﻟﺬي ﯾﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺪوره ﻋﻠﻲ ﺟﻮدة اﻟﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ اﻟﻤﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﺮﺿﻲ، و ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺔ ھﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﺾ ﻓﻲ اﺗﺨﺎذ اﻟﻘﺮار. و ذﻟﻚ ﻷن ھﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﺾ ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﻮن ﻋﻦ ﻣﻌﻈﻢ إﺟﺮاءات اﻟﺮﻋﺎﯾﺔ و اﻟﻌﻼج. و ﻏﺎﻟﺒًﺎ ﻣﺎ ﯾﺘﻌﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﯿﮭﻢ اﻟﻘﯿﺎم ﺑﻤﮭﺎم إﺿﺎﻓﯿﺔ ﺗﺘﺠﺎوز أدوارھﻢ اﻷﺳﺎﺳﯿﺔ, ﻣﻨﮭﺎ أﻋﺒﺎء اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻤﺜﻞ ﺿﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ طﺎﻗﻢ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺸﻔﻰ و ھﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﺾ. و ﻗﺪ أﺛﺒﺘﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺎت أن زﯾﺎدة أﻋﺒﺎء اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ھﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﺾ و ﻗﻠﺔ اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ اﻟﻮظﯿﻔﻲ ﻓﯿﮫ ﺗﺆدي إﻟﻲ زﯾﺎدة اﻟﺘﻮﺗﺮ و اﻧﺨﻔﺎض ﻣﻌﺪل اﻹﻧﺘﺎج, ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﺘﻮازن ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ و اﻟﺤﯿﺎة. و ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ذﻟﻚ ﯾﻈﮭﺮ ﻣﺼﻄﻠﺢ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻤﻞ ھﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﯾﺾ. و اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺸﯿﺮ إﻟﻰ ﻣﺪى اﺣﺘﻮاء ﺑﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺤﻔﺰات ﺗﺤﺘﺎج إﻟﻰ ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﺠﮭﺪ, ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﺸﯿﺮ إﻟﻰ أن ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻗﺪ ﺗﺆدي إﻟﻰ ﻧﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺳﻠﺒﯿﺔ إذا ﺗﻄﻠﺒﺖ ﺟﮭﺪاً ﺟﺴﺪﯾﺎً و ﻧﻔﺴﯿﺎً إﺿﺎﻓﯿﺎ ﻟًﺘﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﻷھﺪاف. ﯾﻌﺮف ﻣﺼﻄﻠﺢ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻲ أﻧﮫ ﻋﺐء اﻟﻌﻤﻞ و ﻏﻤﻮض اﻟﺪور و اﻧﻌﺪام اﻷﻣﻦ اﻟﻮظﯿﻔﻲ و اﻟﺼﺮاع ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ و اﻟﺤﯿﺎة. و ﯾﺸﯿﺮ ﻋﺐء اﻟﻌﻤﻞ إﻟﻰ ﻛﺜﺮة أو زﯾﺎدة اﻟﻤﮭﺎم اﻟﻮظﯿﻔﯿﺔ, ﻓﻲ ﺣﯿﻦ ﻏﻤﻮض اﻟﺪورھﻮ ﻏﯿﺎب اﻟﻮﺿﻮح و اﻟﻀﻤﺎن اﻟﻮظﯿﻔﻲ اﻟﺬي ﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﺗﻮﻗﻌﮫ ﻓﯿﻤﺎ ﯾﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻟﺴﻠﻮك ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ و اﻧﻌﺪام اﻷﻣﻦ اﻟﻮظﯿﻔﻲ و ﻋﺪم اﻟﯿﻘﯿﻦ ﻣﻦ أن وظﯿﻔﺔ اﻟﻤﺮء ﺳﻮف ﺗﺴﺘﻤﺮ, ھﻮ ﺷﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ أﺷﻜﺎل اﻟﺼﺮاع ﺑﯿﻦ اﻷدوار, ﺣﯿﺚ ﺗﻤﻨﻊ ﻣﺘﻄﻠﺒﺎت اﻟﻌﻤﻞ اﻷﺷﺨﺎص ﻣﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﻟﻮاﺟﺒﺎت و اﻷدوار اﻟﻤﺮﺗﺒﻄﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﯿﺎة. و ﯾﻌﺮف اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ اﻟﻮظﯿﻔﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ أﻧﮫ ﻣﺪى إدراك اﻟﻤﻮظﻔﯿﻦ ﻟﺘﻤﺘﻌﮭﻢ ﺑﺎﻻﺳﺘﻘﻼﻟﯿﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻮﻗﯿﺖ و أﺳﺎﻟﯿﺐ ﻋﻤﻠﮭﻢ. ﯾﻌﺪ اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻮظﯿﻔﺔ ﻋﺎﻣﻼً ﻣﮭﻤًﺎ ﻟﻠﻐﺎﯾﺔ ﯾﺴﺎھﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺻﺤﺔ اﻟﻤﻮظﻔﯿﻦ و رﻓﺎھﯿﺘﮭﻢ و ﺗﺤﻔﯿﺰھﻢ. ﻛﻤﺎ أن ﻟﮫ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮاً إﯾﺠﺎﺑﯿﺎً ﻋﻠﻲ ھﯿﺌﺔ اﻟﻨﻤﺮﯾﺾ و ﻣﺪي رﺿﺎھﻢ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ و ﯾﺆدي ذﻟﻚ إﻟﻲ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﯾﺎت أﻋﻠﻲ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ اﻟﻮظﯿﻔﻲ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻣﻠﺤﻮظ ﻋﻠﻲ اﻟﺘﻮازن ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ و اﻟﺤﯿﺎة. ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻌﺮف اﻟﺘﻮازن ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻌﻤﻞ و اﻟﺤﯿﺎة ﻋﻠﻲ أﻧﮫ ﻣﺰﯾﺞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻔﺎﻋﻼت ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﺠﺎﻻت ﺣﯿﺎة اﻟﻔﺮد، و ﻗﺪ أثبتت الدراسات أن المزايا و العيوب المرتبطة بهذا التوازن أو عدم التوازن تؤثر على مستويات متعددة من المجتمع. التوازن بين العمل و الحياة هو ما يدعم جهود هيئة التمريض لتقسيم و قتهم و طاقتهم بين العمل و الجوانب المهمة الأخرى في حياتهم. لذلك تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلي تقييم تأثير متطلبات العمل و التحكم فيه علي التوازن بين العمل و الحياة لدي هيئة التمريض.
