520			_aهدفت هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية تطبيق حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأثرها على الدعم المقدم لنظم اتخاذ القرارات، وتحديد العوامل والمتغيرات التي تؤثر في فعالية نظم دعم اتخاذ القرارات، وتحديد المشاكل والمعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي من أجل وصف متغير الدراسة المتمثل في تقييم حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، واعتمد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة، تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (400) موظف من العاملين بشئون مناطق الدلتا والإسكندرية والقناة وسيناء بشركة الخدمات التجارية البترولية بتروتريد كأحد التوزيعات الجغرافية بالشركة لتوزيع استمارات الاستبيان عليهم. خلصت الدراسة الى ان هناك تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد المتغير المستقل محددات حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات على المتغير التابع الدعم المقدم لنظم اتخاذ القرارات، يفسر ذلك وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستراتيجية تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الدعم المقدم لنظم اتخاذ القرارات، ويوجد تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية للهيكل التنظيمي على الدعم المقدم لنظم اتخاذ القرارات، بالإضافة الى وجود تأثير معنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية لكل من السياسات والمعايير والضوابط الداخلية والالتزام بها على الدعم المقدم لنظم اتخاذ القرارات. واوصت الدراسة بأهمية وجود آليات للتعاون والتواصل المستمر بين الأقسام المختلفة لفهم احتياجات الأعمال وتحديد كيفية تلبية تلك الاحتياجات من خلال التكنولوجيا، وأهمية توجيه هيكل التنظيم ووظائفه لدعم استراتيجية تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وأهمية توفير التدريب والتطوير المستمر للموظفين واستقطاب المواهب المناسبة لضمان الكفاءة التقنية
520			_aThis study aimed to identify the importance of applying information technology governance and its impact on the support provided to decision-making support systems, identify the factors and variables that affect the effectiveness of decision-making support systems, and identify the problems and obstacles it faces. Preventing the implementation of IT governance. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to describe the study variable, which is the evaluation of information technology governance, and relied on the questionnaire as a tool to collect the required data. A random sample of (400) employees working in the affairs of the Delta, Alexandria, Canal, and Sinai regions of the Petroleum Commercial Services Company Petrotrade was selected as one of the company’s geographical distributions, to distribute the questionnaire form to them. The study found a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the independent variable, elements of information technology governance, on the dependent variable of support provided to decision-making systems. This is explained by the presence of a statistically significant effect of the information technology strategy on the support provided to decision-making systems, and there is a statistically significant effect of the organizational structure on Support provided to decision-making systems, in addition to the presence of a statistically significant effect of policies, standards and internal controls and adherence to them on the support provided to decision-making systems.The study recommends the need to have mechanisms for continuous cooperation and communication between different departments to understand business needs and determine how to meet those needs through technology, The need to direct the organization's structure and functions to support the information technology strategy, Continuous training and development must be provided to employees and the appropriate talent must be attracted to ensure technical competence.
