520			_aيعتبر قطاع صناعة المسبوكات فى مصر من القطاعات الإنتاجية الريئسية، وهو بمثابة قاطرة التنمية المستدامة فى مصر، ومن هذا المنطلق فان محاولة توطين صناعة المسبوكات الحديدية من خلال التأكيد على تطوير المؤسسات بمحورين أساسين أولهما المحور الداخلى و يختص بإعادة ترتيب البيت المصري من الداخل عن طريق إعادة تأهيل وتحديث قطاع الصناعات وتنمية القدرات البحثية والعلمية للإرتقاء بالإنتاجية لتعميق الإنتاج المحلى فى الأجل القصير والمحور الخارجي زيادات الصادارت المصرية فى الأجل المتوسط والأجل الطويل فى ظل التنظيم الكفء والفعال والتنسيق بين الجهات المختلفة. ويعد قطاع صناعة المسبوكات أحد القطاعات المؤثرة في البنيان الاقتصادي لمعظم دول العالم، ومن هنا تأتى أهمية البحث فى تقييم الخطط الإنتاجية من وجه نظر إدارة المشروعات لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمؤسسات الصناعية ودراسة حالة عملية لتحديد العلاقات بين عناصر الخطط الإنتاجية من منابعة ومراجعة العمليات الإنتاجية المختلفة، وتأثير إعادة تأهيل الموراد البشرى، إنتهاءاً بدراسة الإستثمار التكنولوجي لتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة الثلاثة من أبعاد الاقتصادية والإجتماعية وصولًا لتحقيق الأبعاد البيئية. وتعتزم شعبة المسابك بغرفة الصناعات المعدنية بإتحاد الصناعات بوجود فرص كبيرة للنمو فى هذا المجال حيث يسهم القطاع بنسبة لاتقل عن 16 % فى الناتج المحلى الإجمالي وكذلك إتساع قوته التشغيلية بما يسمح بإستيعاب نحو 3.5 مليون عامل بما يعادل نحو 13 % من إجمالي القوى العاملة فضلًا عن مشاركة القطاع فى الصادرات الوطنية بنسبة تزيد عن 85 %من جملة الصادارت، كما أوضح التقرير المنشور على موقع وزارة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية بأن يصل المستهدف من الناتج الصناعي بالأسعار الجارية الى نحو 2.46 تريليون جم بنهاية عام 2025 / 2026، مقارنًة بنحو 1.83 تريليون جنيه فى عام 2023 / 2024، بمتوسط معدل نمو سنوى يزيد عن 18% خلال أعوام الخطة كما تستهدف الخطة زيادة الناتج الحقيقي للقطاع الصناعي ليصل لنحو 1.37 تريليون جنيه بنهاية الخطة مقابل نحو 1.29 تريليون جنيه فى عام 2023 / 2024. وتهدف الدراسة الى توضيح وتحليل واقع تقييم الخطط الإنتاجية المختلفة ودورها في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وهو من أهم ركائزها ومن أهدافها: •التعرف الى مفهوم التخطيط الإنتاجى وإرتباطه بتكاليف الإنتاج والعمالة والإستثمار التكنولوجى.•أهمية معرفة وضع المؤسسات الحالي ودوره في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة للمسبوكات الحديدية.•التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه المخطط وإستخدام موارد المنظمة للوفاء بالطلب بكفاءة وفاعلية في المؤسسات.• تقديم بعض المقترحات والتوصيات التي تساعد على المخطط فى صنع وإتخاذ القرارات الإدارية المستقبلية التى تساهم فى تحسين أداء المؤسسات الصناعية بكفاءة وفاعلية. •الدراسة القياسية والتحليلية التي يتم القيام بها قبل البدء بعملية تنفيذ الإنتاج والأوامر الإنتاجية، من خلال إستخدام أفضل الأساليب والطرق والوسائل بالإضافة الى حصر التكاليف الى أدناها وكذلك بأقل وقت وجهد ممكن. • عرض بعض التجارب التطبيقية لتقييم الخطط الإنتاجية على الإستراتيجيات الحديثة للتغيير والمنهجية التي تضمن إستدامة تلك المؤسسات، وذلك على المستوى المحلى والدولى.
520			_aThe casting industry sector in Egypt is considered one of the main productive sectors and is the locomotive of sustainable development in Egypt. From this stand-point, an attempt is made to localize the iron casting industry by emphasizing the development of institutions with two main axes, the first of which is the internal axis, which is concerned with rearranging the Egyptian house from the inside through re-habilitation. Modernizing the industrial sector and developing research and scientific capabilities to raise productivity to deepen domestic production in the short term and the external axis. Increases in Egyptian exports in the medium and long term under the regulation, Efficient, effective and coordination between different parties. The Foundry Division of the Chamber of Metallurgical Industries of the Federa-tion of Industries intends to have great opportunities for growth in this field, as the sector contributes no less than 16% to the gross domestic product, as well as ex-panding its operational strength, allowing it to accommodate about 3.5 million work-ers, equivalent to about 13% of the total workforce, in addition to The sector’s par-ticipation in national exports is more than 85% of total exports, as the report pub-lished on the website of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development indicat-ed that the target of industrial output at current prices will reach about 2.46 trillion pounds by the end of the year 2025/2026, compared to about 1.83 trillion pounds in the year 2025/2026, 2023/2024, with an average annual growth rate of more than 18% during the years of the plan. After the casting industry sector is one of the sectors that influence the eco-nomic structure of most countries in the world, hence the importance of research in re-evaluating production plans from the point of view of project management to achieve sustainable development of industrial institutions and a practical case study to determine the relationships between the elements of production plans from study-ing and reviewing production processes, various aspects, and the impact of rehabili-tating human resources, ending with a study of technological investment to achieve the dimensions of sustainable development, the three in terms of economic and so-cial dimensions, leading to achieving the environmental dimensions. The study aims to clarify and analyze the reality of evaluating the various pro-duction plans and their role in achieving sustainable development, which is one of its most important pillars and objectives: •Identify the concept of production planning and its relationship to production costs, labor, and technological investment. • The importance of knowing the current status of institutions and their role in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development of iron castings. •Identify the obstacles facing the planner and use the organization’s resources to meet demand efficiently and effectively in industrial establishments. •Providing some suggestions and recommendations that help the planner in making and taking future administrative decisions that contribute to improving the performance of industrial institutions efficiently and effectively. •The standard and analytical study that is conducted before starting the pro-cess of implementing production and production orders, by using the best methods, ways and means in addition to limiting costs to the lowest possible level as well as with the least possible time and effort. Presenting some practical experiences to evaluate production plans on modern strategies for change and the methodology that ensures the sustainability of these institutions, at the local and international levels.
