520		3	_aBackground: Brick industry in Egypt is a widely distributed industry ensures the main material demanded for the up growing urbanization. Outdoors workers in brick industry are isolated, vulnerable, and neglected workers and they are frequently in significant danger of occupational health risk and also they are disproportionately affected by climate changes which are unavoidable issue compared to office workers and have no choice but to dare the risk to earn a living. Aim of the study: Is to assess occupational health risk related to climate changes perception (knowledge and attitude) among brick industry outdoors workers-Egypt. Subjects: A descriptive correlational research design was utilized. Sample: A purposive sample of 295 brick industry outdoors workers was included in the study. Setting: The study was conducted at Dahab factory for brick industry at El-Saf city in Egypt. Results: The mean age of workers studied was 32.5 years. The highest percentage, 51% of brick industry outdoors workers knew incorrect meaning of climate changes. Moreover, 29.1% of them had good knowledge, while 23.3% of them had poor knowledge regarding the concept of climate changes and occupational health risk related to climate changes. 59.8% of brick industry outdoors workers had good attitude, and 36.9% of them had poor attitude regarding occupational health risk related to climate changes. There is a significant positive correlation between knowledge and attitude of brick industry outdoors workers regarding occupational health risk related to climate changes. Recommendation: Increasing brick industry outdoors workers' perception about the occupational health risk related to climate changes through periodic training program and further researches are needed to study occupational health risks related to climate changes in different areas, among different age groups and with different samples.
520		3	_aتُعد صناعة الطوب في مصر من الصناعات المنتشرة التي توفر المادة الأساسية المطلوبة للتوسع العمراني المتزايد. العمال في الأماكن المفتوحة في هذه الصناعة يُعدّون من الفئات المعزولة والمهمشة، وهم معرضون بشكل كبير لمخاطر صحية مهنية، كما أنهم يتأثرون بتغير المناخ بدرجة تفوق العاملين في المكاتب، ولا يملكون خيارًا سوى مواجهة هذه المخاطر من أجل كسب لقمة العيش. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم إدراك العمال في صناعة الطوب في الأماكن المفتوحة في مصر للمخاطر الصحية المهنية المرتبطة بتغير المناخ، من حيث المعرفة والاتجاه.استخدمت الدراسة تصميمًا بحثيًا وصفيًا ارتباطيًا، وشملت عينة هادفة مكونة من 295 عاملًا في مصنع دهب لصناعة الطوب بمدينة الصف في مصر. كان متوسط أعمار العمال المشاركين 32.5 سنة. أظهرت النتائج أن 51% من العمال لديهم فهم غير صحيح لمفهوم تغير المناخ، في حين امتلك 29.1% معرفة جيدة، و23.3% فقط كانت معرفتهم ضعيفة بما يتعلق بتغير المناخ والمخاطر الصحية المهنية المرتبطة به. من حيث الاتجاهات، أبدى 59.8% من العمال اتجاهًا جيدًا، بينما كان لدى 36.9% اتجاه سلبي تجاه هذه المخاطر. كما وُجدت علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى المعرفة والاتجاهات لدى العمال تجاه المخاطر الصحية المهنية الناتجة عن تغير المناخ. توصي الدراسة بضرورة زيادة وعي العمال في صناعة الطوب في الأماكن المفتوحة من خلال تنفيذ برامج تدريبية دورية، كما توصي بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول المخاطر الصحية المهنية المرتبطة بتغير المناخ في مناطق وفئات عمرية مختلفة، باستخدام عينات متنوعة.
