| 520 | _aتهدف الدراسة إلى تحقيق بيئة عمل مستقرة ليقضى العنصر البشرى أهم ساعات يومه فى هدوء وسلام نفسى و كفاءه عاليه وقدرة على الانتاج وذلك من خلال تطبيق معايير الصحة النفسية العالمية . حيث تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة فى أن منظمات الاعمال تسعى فقط لتوفير الدعم والحافز المادى للعاملين لرفع الكفاءة وزيادة الانتاج وتغفل الاهتمام بالعامل النفسى ولكن بذلك تكون تتعرض اخسارة اهم عنصر تقوم عليه المنظمة وهو العنصر البشرى. حيث انه تم إستخدام العينة العشوائية الطبقية على مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (70) شخص ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع أداه الاستبيان والبالغ عددها (61) شخص على مجتمع الدراسة المستهدف وتم استخدام الاساليب الاحصائية. معاملات ألفا كرونباخ (الثبات) – معاملات الثبات المركب- التحليل العاملي التوكيدي-التوزيع التكراري والنسبي-المقاييس الاحصائية الوصفية (المتوسط – الانحراف المعياري – معامل الاختلاف)-معامل الارتباط- نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية. حيث أنه مجتمع الدراسة شركة (المصرية للصناعات الهندسية)الكائنة فى المنطقة الصناعية 6 أكتوبر وتعمل فى مجال سحب قطاعات الألمونيوم وبعد توزيع أداه الاستبانه على الشركة وتم تداولها على أقسام مجتمع الدراسة وجد الاتى: هناك علاقة ذات تأثير معنوى بين معايير الصحة النفسية العالمية (معيار التغطية الصحية الشاملة، معيار الممارسة المسندة بالبيانات ،معيار وقاية الانسان ،معيار النهج الشامل لجميع مراحل العمر، معيار النهج المتعدد القطاعات) وبين الحفاظ على بيئة عمل مستقرة عند مستوى ثقة 99%. وقد توصل البحث الى ان تطبيق معاييير الصحة النفسية العالمية تحقق الحفاظ على بيئة عمل مستقرة. ومن أهم التوصيات ان عند قيام المنظمة بوضع الاهداف والخطط المستقبلية لها تضع فى الحسبان ضرورة وضع معايير للصحة النفسية تناسب تطبيقها فى بيئة العمل. وتتكون الرسالة من أربع فصول: الفصل الأول: الإطار العام للدراسة الفصل الثانى: الصحة النفسية الفصل الثالث: بيئة عمل مستقرة الفصل الرابع: الدراسة الميدانية الفصل الخامس: النتائج والتوصيات –قائمة المراجع. | ||
| 520 | _aThe study aims to achieve a stable work environment so that the human element can spend the most important hours of their day in tranquility, mental peace, and high efficiency by applying global mental health standards. The problem of the study lies in that business organizations only seek to provide financial support and incentives to employees to improve efficiency and increase production, neglecting the psychological factor. By doing so, they risk losing the most important element on which the organization is based, which is the human element. Since the stratified random sample was used on the study population of (70) people, and to achieve the study's objectives, the questionnaire tool, which consisted of (61) people, was distributed to the targeted study population, and statistical methods were used. Cronbach's alpha coefficients (reliability) – composite reliability coefficients – confirmatory factor analysis – frequency and relative frequency distribution – descriptive statistical measures (mean – standard deviation – coefficient of variation) – correlation coefficient – structural equation modeling. Since the study population is the company (Egyptian Engineering Industries) located in the 6th of October industrial zone and works in the field of aluminum extrusion, after distributing the questionnaire tool to the company and circulating it among the departments of the study population, the following was found: There is a statistically significant relationship between the global mental health standards (the standard of universal health coverage, the standard of evidence-based practice, the standard of human protection, the standard of a life-course approach, and the standard of a multi-sectoral approach) and maintaining a stable work environment with a confidence level of 99%. The research concluded that applying global mental health standards ensures the maintenance of a stable work environment.One of the most important recommendations is that when the organization sets its goals and future plans, it should take into account the necessity of establishing mental health standards suitable for implementation in the workplace.
