520			_aأُجريت هذه الرساله خلال الفترة الزمنية مابين (2021 -2025) بغرض التعرف علي دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأهم تطبيقاتها بما يُلبي إحتياجات ويحقق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وما له من دور في إدارة المخاطر والأزمات ، وقد تم التركيز علي جانبين أساسيين وهما تكنولوجيا المعلومات المستدامة والجانب الثاني إدارة الأزمات وكذلك مدي تأثير إستخدام تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الحد من الأثار الناجمة عن الأزمات في العديد من القطاعات . ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين والمديرين في إحدي الشركات الصناعية الذين يتعلق عملهم بشكل مباشر بتكنولوجيا المعلومات وإدارة الأزمات ، وكان الهدف هو التعرف علي الواقع الفعلي المُطبق لدور تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما يُلبي إحتياجات التنمية المستدامة ،وكذلك التعرف علي مدي الوعي بمفهوم إدارة الأزمات ومدي تأثيرهم علي متخذ القرار وقت الأزمة، وكذلك مدي إستجابة تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات للأزمات وأبرزها الذكاء الإصطناعي والحوسبة السحابية وقواعد البيانات والمعلومات وشبكات الإتصالات. وإستخدمت الباحثه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يقوم على تقصي الظاهرة كما هي موجودة في الواقع، ويهتم بوصفها وصفاً دقيقاً، والتعبير عنها نوعاً وإحصائياً، إستناداً إلى طبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها ،وقامت الباحثه بتطوير إستبانة وبعد أن تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداه قامت الباحثة بإسترجاع عدد (203) من الإستبانات الموزعة ثم خضعت للتحليل الإحصائي ،كما قامت الباحثة بجمع المعلومات وإختبار الفرضيات من خلال الإستعانة بالأدبيات السابقة ومن ثم تحليل معالجة وتحليل مخرجات الإستبانة إحصائياً.وقد أظهرت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها وجود علاقة بين إستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما يُلبي متطلبات التنمية المستدامة في التأثير الكبير علي إدارة الأزمات والكوارث
520			_aThis thesis was conducted during the time period between (2021-2025) for the purpose of identifying the role of information technology and its most important applications in order to meet the needs and achieve the goals of sustainable development and its role in managing risks and crises. The focus was on two basic aspects: sustainable information technology and the second aspect: crisis management. As well as the extent of the impact of the use of information technology applications in reducing the effects of crises in many sectors.With information technology and crisis management, the goal was to identify the actual reality applied to the role of information technology in a way that meets the needs of sustainable development, as well as to identify the extent of awareness of the concept of crisis management and the extent of their impact on the decision maker at the time of crisis, as well as the extent to which information technology applications respond to crises, most notably artificial intelligence and computing. Cloud, databases, information and communications networks.The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, which is based on investigating the phenomenon as it exists in reality, and is concerned with describing it accurately and expressing it qualitatively and statistically, based on the nature of the study and its objectives. The researcher developed a questionnaire and after the validity and reliability of the tool was confirmed, the researcher retrieved a number (203 ) from the questionnaires distributed and then subjected to statistical analysis. The researcher also collected information and tested hypotheses by using the literature. The study showed a set of results, most notably the existence of a relationship between the use of information technology to meet the requirements of sustainable development and the significant impact on crisis and disaster management.
