520			_aهدفت الدراسة إلي مقارنةٌ بين أبناء المضيفات الجويات وأبناء المضيفات الأرضيات العاملات بمجال الطيران الجوي بالمرحلة العمرية ( 9 – 12 ) سنة، لمعرفة هل يوجد اختلاف بينهم أم لا في متغيري قلق الانفصال عن الأم، والدافع للإنجاز تبعاً لاختلاف الآتي: طبيعة عمل المضيفة ( جوية / أرضية )، والنوع ( ذكور / إناث )، وتأثير تفاعل النوع وطبيعة عمل المضيفة، كما إستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المقارن نظراً لملائمته للدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الحالية من (200) مائتان تلميذ، وتلميذة من أبناء المضيفات الجويات، وأبناء المضيفات الأرضيات العاملات بمجال الطيران الجوي بالمرحلة العمرية ( 9 – 12) سنة، والملتحقين بالصفوف الرابع، والخامس، والسادس الابتدائي، بواقع إجمالي: (116) ذكر، (84) أنثي، منقسمين بالتساوي إلي ( 58 ) ذكر، (42) أنثي لدي أبناء كل منهم، تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياسين هما:مقياس قلق الانفصال عن الأم لأطفال المرحلة العمرية (6-12) سنة. إعداد / أحمد محمد جاد الرب أبو زيد ( 2010 )، ومقياس الدافع للإنجاز للأطفال والمراهقين ( م. د . ج ). إعداد / أماني عبد المقصود (2016)، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي الآتي : - لا يختلف قلق الانفصال عن الأم تبعاً لاختلاف الآتي: طبيعة عمل المضيفة ( جوية / أرضية )، والنوع ( ذكور/ إناث )، وتأثير تفاعل النوع وطبيعة عمل المضيفة .- كما توصلت النتائج إلي أنه لا يختلف الدافع للإنجاز تبعاً لاختلاف الآتي : طبيعة عمل المضيفة ( جوية / أرضية )، والنوع ( ذكور/ إناث ) ، وتأثير تفاعل النوع وطبيعة عمل المضيفة .
520			_aThe study aimd to comparison between flight attendants & ground hostesses whom work in aviation field of age ( 9 - 12) years in two variables ( separation anxiety from the mother & achievement motivation ) in order to determine whether there is a difference among them or not in these variables according to the following differences : the nature of the hostess's work, whether she work as ( a flight attendant or a ground hostess ), gender (males / females), and the effect of the interaction between the gender & the nature of the hostess's work . The study used comparative descriptive approach & the sample of the study consisted of ( 200 ) male & female students, these students are the children of both flight attendants & ground hostesses whom work in aviation field of age ( 9 - 12 ) years & they are in the fourth, fifth & sixth grades of primary school divided into ( 118 ) boys & ( 84 ) girls & equally divided into ( 58 ) boys, (42) girls with the children of each of them, & they were chosen randomly. The study tools consisted of two scales : - A Measure of Separation Anxiety from The Mother for Children of Age ( 6 - 12 ) Years . Prepared by / Ahmed Mohamed Gad Elrb Abo Zaied (2010). - Achievement Motivation Scale for Children & Adolescents . Prepared by / Amany Abd Emaqsoud (2016). The results of the study reached the following :- Separation anxiety from the mother dosen't differ according to the following :- The nature of the flight attendant 's work, whether she works as (a flight attendant or a ground hostess), dosen't differ according to gender (males / females), & also dosen't differ according to the effect of the interaction between the nature of the fligh attendant's work & the gender .- Achievement motivation dosen't differ according to the Following :- The nature of the flight attendant 's work, whether she works as ( a flight attendant or a ground hostess ), dosen't differ according to gender (males / females), & also dosen't differ according to the effect of the interaction between the nature of the fligh attendant's work & the gender .
