520		3	_aThis thesis is dedicated to the quantitative analysis of drugs that contain an imidazole ring, either on their own or in combination with other drugs. In this thesis, the studied drugs include miconazole nitrate (MIC) as representative example for imidazole ring containing drugs and lidocaine hydrochloride (LDC) in Micoban® oral gel. The study employs various analytical techniques, including thin layer chromatography, high- performance liquid chromatography, chemometrics-assisted spectrophotometry, and voltammetry, to analyze these drugs, as well as inactive ingredients like methyl paraben (MTP) and saccharin sodium (SAC), and the potential impurity in LDC; dimethyl aniline (DMA). The aim of this work is to develop analytical methods that are simple, accurate, and environmentally friendly for determining the above-mentioned drugs in their pure powdered form, and pharmaceutical dosage forms. The thesis is structured into five chapters, accompanied by a list of references and summaries in both Arabic and English. The five chapters are: Chapter I: General introduction and literature review Chapter II: Green chromatographic methods for determination of co-formulated lidocaine hydrochloride and miconazole nitrate along with an endocrine disruptor preservative and potential impurity Chapter III: Chemometric-assisted UV spectrophotometric methods for determination of miconazole nitrate and lidocaine hydrochloride along with potential impurity and dosage form preservatives Chapter IV: Reusable electrochemical sensors based on glassy carbon electrode modified with poly(pyrogallol) as a bio-inspired antifouling surface; application to miconazole detection Chapter V: General conclusion
520		3	_aتتناول هذه الرسالة التحليل الكمي لبعض الأدوية المحتوية على حلقة الإيميدازول، سواءً منفردة أومع أدوية أخرى. في هذه الرسالة ، تمت دراسة عقارنترات الميكونازول ومزيج ثنائي منه مع هيدروكلوريد الليدوكايين كأمثلة للأدوية التي تحتوي علي حلقة الإيميدازول ,تستخدم الدراسة تقنيات تحليلية متنوعة، بما في ذلك الكروماتوغرافيا بالطبقة الرقيقة، والكروماتوغرافيا السائلة عالية الأداء، والقياس الطيفي المدعوم بالكيمياء القياسية (الكيمياء التحليلية الرياضية)، والفولتامترية، وذلك لتحليل هذه الأدوية، بالإضافة إلى المكونات غير النشطة مثل ميثيل بارابين وسكارين الصوديوم، والشائبة في الليدوكايين وهي ثنائي ميثيل الأنيلين.الهدف من هذا العمل هو تطوير طرق تحليلية تتسم بالبساطة والدقة وملاءمة البيئة لتحديد تراكيز الأدوية المذكورة أعلاه في شكلها النقي المسحوق وفي الأشكال الصيدلانية. تتكون الرسالة من خمسة فصول، يرافقها قائمة بالمراجع وملخصات باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. الفصول الخمسة هي: الفصل الأول: المقدمة العامة والتراث العلمي. الفصل الثاني: الطرق الكروماتوجرافية الخضراء لتعيين هيدروكلوريد الليدوكايين و نترات الميكونازول مع مادة حافظة معطلة للغدد الصماء وشائبة الفصل الثالث: : الطرائق الطيفية فوق البنفسجية بمساعدة الكيمومتري لتعيين نترات الميكونازول وهيدروكلوريد الليدوكايين مع شائبة ومواد حافظة الفصل الرابع: أجهزة استشعار كهروكيميائية قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام تعتمد على قطب الكربون الزجاجي المعدل ببولي(بايروجالول) كسطح مضاد للالتصاق مستوحى من الطبيعة؛ وتطبيقه في كشف الميكونازول الفصل الخامس: الخاتمة العامة.
