520			_aهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تحديد كفايات الأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، والتأكد من تأثير برنامج تدريبي باستخدام الإنترنت على تطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، واستخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج التجريبي وبإستخدام المجموعة الواحدة ذات القياسين القبلي والبعدي، واختارت الباحثة (30) معلمة من معلمات رياض الاطفال بمحافظة المنيا كعينة للدراسة،وتم تطبيق الأدوات التالية وهي: بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس مهارات الأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال(إعداد الباحثة)، برنامج تدريبي قائم على الإنترنت لتطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال (إعداد الباحثة).وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات عينة الدراسة في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهني ومجموعها الكلي لصالح القياس البعدى، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات عينة الدراسة في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس مهارات الأداء المهني للمعلمات ومجموعها الكلي لصالح القياس البعدى، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في تطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة المنيا نتيجة التدريب عبر الإنترنت بعد مرور ثلاث أسابيع من تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي، وأظهرت النتائج كذلك ارتفاع حجم تأثير البرنامج التدريبي في تطوير الأداء المهني للمعلمات نتيجة مرورهن بخبرات مختلفة أثناء دراسة موضوعات البرنامج ساعدت على إكسابهن القدرة على التخطيط، وطرق واستراتيجيات التدريس، وإدارة قاعة النشاط، والتقويم عبر الانترنت بالإضافة الى زيادة مستوى رضا المعلمات عينة الدراسة عن البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الإنترنت في تطوير الأداء المهني لديهن بالنسبة
520			_aThe study aimed to determinez the competencies of the professional performance of kindergarten teachers, and to ascertain the effect of a training program using the Internet on the development of the professional performance of kindergarten teachers, The current study used the experimental method with a single experimental group. The following tools were applied: the kindergarten teachers' professional performance observation card (prepared by the researcher), the kindergarten teacher self-evaluation form (prepared by the researcher), and the training program evaluation questionnaire (prepared by the researcher). The researcher chose (30) kindergarten teachers in Minya Governorate as a sample for the study.the results concluded that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the study sample in the two measurements, before and after the professional performance observation card, and their total sum in favor of the post measurement, and there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between The mean scores of the study sample in the tribal and remote measurements of the teacher’s self-evaluation form and their total sum in favor of the post-measurement, and there were no statistically significant differences in developing the professional performance of kindergarten teachers in Minya Governorate as a result of online training after one month of applying the training program, and the results also showed a high impact size The training program in developing the professional performance of teachers as a result of their various experiences while studying the topics of the program helped to give them the ability to plan, teaching methods and strategies, classroom management, and online assessment, in addition to increasing the level of teachers’ satisfaction with the study sample about the Internet-based training program in developing performance.
