This study builds its framework based on recent research exploring various sustainability factors in the urban housing sector after studying various type of housing on 36th case study. A comprehensive systematic literature review has compiled one of the most extensive lists of sustainability factors related to urban housing. These factors are ranked according to their frequency of examination and classified by their scale and sector of influence. The results can fill the knowledge gap about the most significant factors affecting the sustainability of houses and guide policymakers to make their decisions and strategies more precisely regarding the needs of the housing sector.
