520			_aإعداد تصور مقترح قائم على توظيف الإدارة الإلكترونية لتخفيف الصمت التنظيمي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت على عينة قوامها (96) معلمة رياض الأطفال من محافظة الجيزة، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استبانة الصمت التنظيمي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال. واستبانة المُناخ التنظيمي للإدارة الإلكترونية بالروضة. وقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة: بأنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين درجات المعلمات من حيث الأسباب التي تتعلق بكل من (المعلمة، الإشراف والموجهات بالروضة، مدير المدرسة) على استبانة الصمت التنظيمي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وكل من الاتصال الإداري بالروضة وتدفق المعلومات، وتوجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين درجات المعلمات من حيث سواء الأبعاد أو الدرجة الكلية على استبانة الصمت التنظيمي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال وكل من الاتصال الإداري بالروضة وتدفق المعلومات، والدرجة الكلية على استبانة المُناخ التنظيمي في الإدارة الإلكترونية بالروضة. وبناءًا عليه تم وضع التصور المقترح القائم على توظيف الإدارة الإلكترونية في تخفيف الصمت التنظيمي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال.
520			_aThe present study aimed to develop a proposed framework based on the utilization of electronic management (e-management) to reduce organizational silence among kindergarten teachers. To achieve this objective, the researcher employed the descriptive analytical approach and relied on a sample of 96 kindergarten teachers from the Directorate of Education in Giza Governorate. The study tools included a questionnaire on organizational silence among kindergarten teachers, and another questionnaire measuring the organizational climate of e-management to assess teachers’ attitudes towards the implementation of e-management. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the teachers’ scores in terms of the reasons related to each of (the teacher, supervision and guides in the kindergarten, the school principal) on the Organizational Silence questionnaire among kindergarten teachers and each of the administrative communication in the kindergarten and the flow of information. There is a positive correlation between the teachers’ scores in terms of both dimensions and the total score on the Organizational Silence questionnaire among kindergarten teachers and both administrative communication in the kindergarten and information flow, and the total score on the Organizational Climate questionnaire in E- Management in the kindergarten. Based on these findings, a proposed framework was developed for employing e-management as a means to mitigate organizational silence among kindergarten teachers.
