520 _aLow temperature processing of TiO2 films promotes the use of flexible polymer substrates which can enormously reduce the fabrication costs of dye sensitized solar cells . Flexible pollllymer substrates are produced using roll- to - roll manufacturing methods which ensure cheap and speedy production . The main target of this thesis was finding low temperature processing methods for TiO2 film which can conserve the necessary desired characteristics of the film achieved habitually via the conventional high temperature baking
