520 _aWastewater soil and E. sativa samples were collected from six drains located at Giza Egypt . The physicochemical mycological charateristics of wastewater and soil were studied . The mycotoxin accumulations in E. sativa were estimated . It was found that COD, BOD, TSS nitrogen and phosphate content recorded higher values at the six sites . The mycotoxin accumulation in E. sative was relatively high especially aflatoxin
