520 | _aAlthough camel diseases received little attention in the field of veterinary research in Egypt , the skin abscesses and pyogenic wounds are perhaps the most important affections of camels . Only 125 skin swabs were collected from diseased camels to examine the presence of bacterial pathogen . The results indicated that 95 samples ( 76 % ) were positive with variable Gram - positive and Gram - negative bacteria that were isolated , while 30 samples ( 24% ) were negative | ||
