520 _aThe reliability of HÜ-line has been demonstrated. Enhancement of the results obtained of the electron temperature has been achieved by using the corrected Al I lines. The relation was applied for that, is the Saha-Boltzmann relation. The plasma temperature was found to be almost independent on the laser energy. Moreover, close agreement between the excitation temperature as deduced from Boltzmann plot and the ionization temperature reproduced from Saha-Boltzmann plot was be encountered
