Success in rhinoplasty surgery begins with a sound concept of beauty, symmetry, harmony, and proportion. Aim of work: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate and analyze the use of alar rim cartilage graft in the Egyptian nose and to state the indications, advantages, and disadvantages of the usage of these grafts. The current study included thirty Egyptian patients seeking rhinoplasty in 2015& 2016.
