520 _aThis study attempted to develop the performance of EFL supervisors and teachers in the light of quality standards and evaluate the value added to them in primary schools .The EFL supervisors were 16 and 25 EFL teachers in Middle Cairo District. Three instruments were used: a list of standards for determining the most important domains, standards and indicators related to EFL supervisors' performance; a pre-post test to decide how far EFL supervisors{u2019} performance in primary schools before and after the program is conformed to quality standards; a pre-post test for EFL teachers{u2019} performance in primary schools before and the supervision was done. Results of the study indicated that some EFL supervisors and EFL teachers in primary schools were conformed better to the quality performance standards in the following domains: professional development and instructional development, and in the standards which are vision ,skills, knowledge, performance and evaluation. Results also indicated significant differences in some indicators of all standards in favor of EFL supervisors' performance and EFL teachers{u2019} performance. The study recommended the need for improving the supervising practices of supervisors through training courses, workshops and ongoing improvement to increase their efficiency within the field of their work
