The Center composed of ICUs (24beds) and ER (4beds). Objectives: Assess the nursing tasks currently performed at (NECTR); develop and validate the tools; assess the levels of importance and frequency of nursing tasks; develop, validate and communicate the designed JDs with the nurses at the studied center. Throughout the 2developing of JDs" the methodological design was used. The sample composed of all Nursing Staff at NECTR (n=30). The nursing Aactivity checklist and Job Analysis Questionnaire tools were designed with 12 dimensions and 123 items. The tools were tested, had an excellent reliability and validity. The third tool is the pre and posttest of knowledge. The Nurses{u2019} roles were described and identified for the highest and lowest tasks, to examine the frequency, importance, and difficulty of each task. Thus each category had various duties and tasks. Thus the investigator designed the proposed JDs for toxicology nurses; Director of nursing (DON), deputy DON, charge nurse and staff Nurse. The educational sessions by the investigator were successful in increasing the nurse's knowledge about the JDs. This study concluded that it is necessary to implement the designed JDs and also to develop educational programs in Arabic language to improve the nurses' skills related to nursing practice, management and work ethics of toxicology nurses at NECTR
