| 520 | 3 | _aObjective: This randomized controlled trial (RCT) aimed to detect the role of AI and DBT in assessment of mammography detected asymmetries Methods: This study was conducted at Women Imaging Unit, the department of radiology, faculty of medicine, Cairo University in the period from February 2021 to September 2021, the study included 52 patients who performed diagnostic or screening mammograms. All their mammograms revealed unilateral breast asymmetry.Their ages from 31 to 61 years with a mean age 43.96 ± 7.9 (mean ± SD). Results: Our results showed that DBT showed slightly higher specificity than mammography regarding breast asymmetry. DBT overcomes the problem of overlapping of the glandular tissue, so it can improve the diagnostic accuracy of mammography, adding Ultrasound to mammography improved the specificity of mammography and reduced its FP results as ultrasound has an established role in characterization of breast lesions. AI mammography software showed slightly lower sensitivity in our study, yet higher specificity compared to mammography, ultrasound, and Digital Breast Tomosynthesis. Conclusions: coupling AI to these modalities in the assessment of mammographic asymmetry may reduce the FP results, the unnecessary biopsies and increase the confidence of diagnosis. | 520 | 3 | _aتُصَنَّف حَالَاتُ عَدَمِ تَنَاسُقِ اَلثَّدْيِ فِي اَلتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي وَفْقًا لِمُعْجَمِ اَلتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي إِلَى؛ عَدَمِ اَلتَّنَاسُقِوعَدَمُ اَلتَّنَاسُقِ اَلْبُؤْرِيِّوعَدَمُ اَلتَّمَاثُلِ اَلْكُلَى وَعَدَمِ التَمَاثُلٍ المُتَنَامِي. حَيْثُ يَخْتَلِفُ تَشَابُهَ اَلْوَرَمِ اَلْخَبِيثِ وَفْقًا لِكُلِّ نَوْعٍ وَوُجُودُ أَوْ عَدَمِ وُجُودِ نَتَائِجَ مُرْتَبِطَةٍ بِالرُّجُوعِ إِلَى اَلتَّارِيخِ اَلسَّرِيرِيِّ لِكُلِّ مَرِيضٍ. لِذَا، فَإِنَّ اَلْكَشْفَ عَنْ حَالَاتِ عَدَمِ اَلتَّنَاسُقِ فِي اَلتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي وَتَقْيِيمِهَا بِشَكْلٍ صَحِيحٍ أَمْرٍ ضَرُورِيٍّ. َظْهَرَتْ نَتَائِجَنَا أَنَّ اَلتَّخْلِيقَ اَلْمَقْطَعِيَّ أَظْهَرَ نَوْعِيَّةً إحصائية أَعْلَىقَلِيلاً مِنْ اَلتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي فِيمَا يَتَعَلَّقُ بِعَدَمِ تَنَاسُقِ اَلثَّدْيِ. يَتَغَلَّبَ اَلتَّخْلِيقُ اَلطَّبَقِيُّ عَلَى مُشْكِلَةِ تَدَاخُلِ اَلْأَنْسِجَةِ اَلْغُدِّيَّةِ، لِذَلِكَ يُمْكِنُهُ تَحْسِينُ اَلدِّقَّةِ اَلتَّشْخِيصِيَّةِ لِلتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي. أَظْهَرَتْ نَتَائِجَنَا أَيْضًا أَنَّ إِضَافَةَ اَلْمَوْجَاتِ فَوْقَ اَلصَّوْتِيَّةِ إِلَى اَلتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي أَدَّى إِلَى تَحْسِينِ نَوْعِيَّةً اَلتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي وَخَفْضِ النَتَائِجِاَلْإِيجَابِيَّةِ اَلْكَاذِبَةِللتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي لِأَنَّ اَلْمَوْجَاتِ فَوْقَ اَلصَّوْتِيَّةِ لَهَا دَوْرٌ ثَابِتٌ فِي تَوْصِيفِ أمراض اَلثَّدْيِ. فِي اَلْآوِنَةِ اَلْأَخِيرَةِ ، حَسَّنَتْ أَنْظِمَةَ بَرْمَجِيَّاتِ اَلتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي بِالذَّكَاءِ اَلِاصْطِنَاعِيِّ تَشْخِيصَاتِ اَلتَّصْوِيرِ اَلشُّعَاعِيِّ لِلثَّدْي مِنْ خِلَالِ اَلتَّمْيِيزِ بَيْنَ الأمراض اَلْحَمِيدَةِ وَالْخَبِيثَةِ ، وَتَحْدِيدَ اَلْكُتَلِ ، وَعَدَمَ اَلتَّنَاسُقِ ، وَالتَّكَلُّسَاتُ فِي بَرْنَامَجِ فَحْصِ سَرَطَانِ اَلثَّدْيِ ، أَصْبَحَ اَلِانْضِمَامُ إِلَى اِخْتِصَاصِيِّ اَلْأَشِعَّةِ كَقَارِئٍ أَوَّلِ وَنِظَامُ ذَكَاءِ اِصْطِنَاعِيٍّ كَقَارِئٍ ثَانٍ هُوَ اَلْأَكْثَرُ دَعْمًا، فِي حِينِ أَنَّ اَلتَّشْخِيصَ المعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي بمفرده به بَعْضُ نِقَاطِ اَلضَّعْفِ اَلْمَلْحُوظَةِ اَلَّتِي تَرْتَبِطُ بِحَالَاتِ اَلتَّشْخِيصِ اَلْخَاطِئِ وَاَلَّتِي لَا تَزَالُ غَيْرَ مَعْرُوفَةٍ . | |
