520 _aThis work has been carried out to investigate the : Trazodone (TZH) , amineptine (APH) and amitriptyline (ATPH) antidepressant drugs in pure and pharmaceutical preparation using new spectrophotometric procedures , this carried out on the various reactions of those drugs through the ion - pair formation reaction with Mo (V) - thiocyanate binary complex , methyl orange (MO) , bromocresol green (BCG) and charge transfer complex formation reaction using (TCNQ) reagentThe sensitivity of these procedures for the spectrophotometric determination of these drugs has been improved and the optimum practical conditions for the analysis of these antidepressant drugs are selected Keywords : Trazodone , amineptine , amitriptyline , Mo (V) - thiocyanate binary complex , methyl orange , bromocresol green , TCNQ) , spectrophotometry , ion - pair formation reaction , charge transfer complex formation reaction
