Fermented soybean products (miso) were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity against some microorganisms including gram- positive bacteria, gram- negative bacteria, yeast (Candida albicans) and filamentous fungi (Aspergillus flavus, A. niger, fusarium verticillioides, rhizopus stolonifer and sclerotinia sclerotiorum) using agar plate diffusion method
