Three hundred samples of milk and dairy products representing: 30 samples each of: raw milk, UHT milk, yoghurt, Canned Laban rayeb, Small scale ice cream, Large scale ice cream, Hard cheese (Ras cheese), White soft cheese, Processed cheese & Kariesh cheese were randomly collected from different dairy shops and supermarkets in Cairo, Giza & Kalyobia Governorates, Egypt. Collected samples were subjected to microbiological examination for detection of some biological hazards.
