Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the value of optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A) for the of detection of any suspected retinal complications associated with use of combined therapy (Sofosbuvir "Sovaldi" and Daclatasvir "Daklinza") in Patients With Hepatitis C Virus Infection Design: prospective cohort study.Methods: During 3 months duration ( the treatment course duration) , Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A) were imaged to 28 eyes of 28 patients with a documented diagnosis of chronic hepatitis C before and after receiving dual-therapy planning (Daclatasvir- Sofosbuvir ). Results: The results in this study revealed, statistically significant (p-value less than 0.05 %) reduction in the deep capillary plexuses density , and choriocapillaris flow area, and in FAZ flow density (FD ), statistically insignificant reduction in superficial capillary plexuses vessel density and thickness , statistically significant, with appearance of macular drusens and reduction in visual acuity and tear film. Conclusions: HCV Dual treatment (Sofosbuvir, Daclatasvir) may result in significant changes affecting retinal microvasculature and may cause eye dryness
