Summary, etc. The nonlinear shear and torsion failure mechanism of small-scale (RC) miniatures beams with staggered spiral stirrups is inspected. Thirty-four miniatures RC beams were tested for shear and torsion. The significant parameters were stirrup’s interval, shear arm ratio a/d, and shear RFT shape. All miniatures inspected in this experimental study were reduced in size to one-eighth the prototypes size. Small scale RC miniatures were used because of their economic feasibility and ease of manufacture. Mortar was applied instead of normal concrete to reduce the size effect through using small scale models. The staggered spiral rectangular stirrup is formed and used in a rectangular section RC miniature beam as an alternative to normal stirrups. The primary objective of this experimental study was to improve shear capacity, ductility, shear crack propagation, and torsional moment capacity. It was discovered that using staggered spiral reinforcement instead of closed reinforcement could result in a considerable increase in shear and torsion capacity by 33% and 41%, respectively. As a result, the expected capacity of the prototype RC model were calculated in detail, taking into account the scale down factor used by the authors. Calculated values based on international standards and specifications were used to compare the experimental finding.<br/>
