| Summary, etc. | This research aims to study the impact of using different packing materials and two different times of picked during the khalal stage after harvest and during cold storage on physical and chemical characteristics. Three different packing materials (carton boxes) as control treatment, low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and, smart equilibrium modified atmosphere packaging (EMAP) with or without ethylene absorbent sachets (EAS) at 0 and 7 ºC for 40 days of cold storage. The EMAP bags with EAS under 0 ºC gave the higher quality compared with control. |

| Summary, etc. | يهدف البحث الي دراسة تأثير استخدام مواد تعبئة مختلفة وكذلك اثنين من اوقات الحصاد المختلفة خلال مرحلة الخلال بعد الحصاد واثناء التخزين المبرد على الخصائص الطبيعية والكيميائية للثمار. تم استخدام ثلاثة انواع مختلفة من مواد التعبئة وهي صناديق كرتون (معاملة الكنترول)، اكياس البولي ايثيلين منخفض الكثافة (LDPE) وثالثاً الاكياس الذكية للجو المعدل (EMAP) مع او بدون استخدام شيتات ماصة للايثيلين (EAS) على درجة صفر و 7 °م لمدة 40 يوم فى التخزين المبرد. اشارت النتائج الي ان الاكياس الذكية للجو المعدل (EMAP) مع شيتات ماصة للايثيلين (EAS)على درجة حراة تخزين صفر °م اعطت اعلي جودة لثمار البرحي مقارنة بثمار الكنترول التي سجلت ادني صفات جودة للثمار المخزنة بها والتي استمرت 20 يوم فقط من التخزين المبرد. |
