| Summary, etc. | تعتبر إدارة عمليات الصيانة الحضرية للمدن المصرية أداة هامة لتحقيق أهداف الإدارة الحضرية و التي من خلالها نقدر أن نحقق التنمية المستدامة في مجتمعاتنا، فيهدف هذا البحث إلي الوصول الي المنهج الأنسب لإدارة عمليات الصيانة في المدن الجديدة في مصر من خلال دراسة الجوانب النظرية لعمليات إدارة الصيانة الحضرية و دراسة الجوانب العملية من خلال دراسة و تحليل التجارب العالمية و تحليل حالات الدراسة بالمدن المصرية الجديدة و عمل إستبيان لإراء الخبراء في هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة و أجهزة المدن الجديدة و تحليله و من ثم الخروج بالنتائج و التوصيات المقترحة و إقتراح منهجية و منظومة لإدارة عمليات الصيانة في المدن الجديدة في مصر بداية من مرحلة التخطيط مرورا بمرحلة البرمجة و التنفيذ ثم مرحلة المراقبة و المتابعة |
