The research studies the theoretical aspects and the practical aspects of the maintenance management through the analysis of the case studies and the analysis of the Egyptian new cities case studies and through doing questionnaire for the experts of the new cities Authorities. And then the researcher comes out with the results and recommendations and methodology for managing maintenance operations in new cities.
