Summary, etc. | This study includes a convenience sample of thirty children with ASD volunteered aged between 8 to 12 years. They were randomly allocated to either group A (received fine motor program) or group B (received sensory integration program). The Gilliam autism rating scale was used to assess the Stereotype movement, communication and social interaction while the Bruininks-Oseretsky Test Of Motor Proficiency was used to assess fine motor skills. Based on the results of the current study, it can be concluded that SI is more effective than occupational therapy in improving fine motor skills and autistic features.<br/> |

Summary, etc. | شارك فى هذه الدراسة أربعين طفلاً متطوعًا مصابًا بإضطراب طيف التوحد تتراوح أعمارهم بين 8 إلى 12 عامًا. تم تقسيمهم بشكل عشوائي إما لمجموعة (أ) (تلقت برنامج التدخل الحركي الدقيق) أو مجموعة (ب) (تلقت برنامج التكامل الحسي). تم استخدام مقياس جيليام لتصنيف التوحد) لتقييم الحركة النمطية والتواصل والتفاعل الاجتماعي)، بينما تم إستخدام إختبارBruininks-Oseretsky للكفاءة الحركية) لتقييم المهارات الحركية الدقيقة). و بناء على نتائج الدراسة الحالية يمكن إستنتاج أن التكامل الحسي أكثر فعالية من العلاج الوظيفي في تحسين المهارات الحركية الدقيقة وسمات التوحد. |
