تتلخص هذه الدراسة في فقه الأسرة على المعتمد من مذهب متأخري الحنابلة مقارنة مع آراء المذاهب الأربعة المعتمدة، بالإضافة إلى مذهب:الظاهرية، والزيدية، والإباضية والجعفرية، فذكرت في كل مسألة: مفردات المسألة -عند عدم الوضوح-، مكتفيًا بما اصطلح عليه المذهب الحنبلي، والروايات الواردة في المسألة، وإثبات اختلاف الرواية فيها مع تحرير المعتمد، وذكر أقوال الفقهاء في كتب المذاهب مع أدلة الأقوال وبيان وجه الاستدلال من الأدلة ومناقشتها وما أجيب به عنها، مع بيان سبب الاختلاف، وذكرت رأي قانون الأحوال الشخصية الكويتي، مع اقتراح مادة قانونية عند عدم وجود نص قانوني في المسألة، مع الترجيح وبيان سببه، ورتبتُ مسائل البحث وفق ترتيب ابن قدامة في المقنع.

This study is summarized in the family Fiqh adopted by the later Hanbali school of thought, in comparison with the opinions of the four approved schools of thought, In addition to the doctrine: the Zahiriyya, the Zaydi, the Ibadi, and the Imami, and I mentioned in each issue: the vocabulary of the issue - when there is no clarity - content with what the Hanbali doctrine is termed, and the narrations mentioned in the matter, and proving the difference of the narration in it with the editing of the approved, and mentioning the sayings of the jurists in the books of the doctrines with the evidence of the sayings, clarifying the point of inference with the evidence and discussing it and what I answered with it, explaining the reason for the difference, and mentioning the opinion of the Kuwaiti Personal Status Law, with a proposal for a legal article when The absence of a legal text in the matter, with the weighting and a statement of its reason, and the research issues were arranged according to the arrangement of Ibn Qudamah in Al-Muqna’.
