هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فاعلية البرنامج في خفض اضطراب قصور الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد وأثره على الأطفال المتلجلجين. وتكونت العينة من (6) أطفال من ذوي اضطراب تشتت الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد. استخدمت الباحثة استمارة جمع البيانات الأولية الخاصة بالطفل (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس شدة اللجلجة (إعداد /سهير أمين 2017) مقياس كونرز لاضطراب تشتت الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد (إعداد/عبد الرقيب 2017)، اختبار رسم الرجل للذكاء (إعداد/جود انف هاريس، تقنين محمد فرغلي واخرون 2004)، مقياس المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للأسرة (إعداد/عبد العزيز الشخص 2006)، والبرنامج التدريبي القائم على خفض اضطراب قصور الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد وأثره في خفض اللجلجة لدى الأطفال المتلجلجين (إعداد الباحثة). توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (عند مستوى0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي لتشتت الانتباه المصحوب بفرط الحركة، وشدة اللجلجة لدى الأطفال المتلجلجين لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (عند مستوى 0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لتشتت الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد وقياس شدة اللجلجة لصالح القياس البعدي، كما أسفرت عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات القياسين البعدي والتتبعي في قياسي تشتت الانتباه المصحوب بالنشاط الزائد وشدة اللجلجة لدى المجموعة التجريبية

The current study aimed to investigate the program effectiveness in reducing attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity and its effect on the reduction of stuttering in stuttering children. The sample consisted of (6) children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The researcher used the preliminary data collection form for the child (prepared by the researcher), stuttering severity instrument (prepared by Suhair Amin 2017), Conners’ scale for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (prepared by Abdul Raqib 2017), Draw a Man Test for intelligence (prepared by Goodenough- Harris, validating by Mohammed Farghali et al. 2004), The socio-economic level of the family scale (prepared by / Abdul Aziz Al-Shakhs 2006), and the training program based on the reduction of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and its effect on reducing stuttering in child stutterers (prepared by the researcher). The results indicate that there are significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement of attention deficit with hyperactivity and the severity of stuttering in children in favor of the experimental group. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre-and post-measurements of attention deficit with hyperactivity and the severity of stuttering in favor of the post-measurement. There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the post- and ongoing measurement for attention deficit with hyperactivity and the severity of stuttering in favor of the experimental group.
