يتناول هذا البحث موضوعا يتعلق بتفسير النصوص من خلال استثمار مقاصد الشريعة، فيما سماه البحث بالتفسير المقاصدي، وقد تناول البحث بيان أُسس هذا التفسير وضوابطه وأهميته، كما تناول تفعيل هذا النوع من التفسير في النصوص المتعلقة بأحكام الأسرة، وهذه النصوص أعني بها أولا نصوص القرآن الكريم، ثم نصوص السنة، ثم كلام الفقهاء، ثم امتداد ذلك إلى الفتاوى والقوانين.
وقد عُني هذا البحث في جانبه التطبيقي بتسليط الضوء على ثلاث نواحي: الأولى: المقاصد العالية أو الأساسية لأحكام الأسرة، الثانية: المقاصد الخاصة المتعلقة بأبواب أحكام الأسرة، الثالثة: المقاصد الجزئية للنصوص الفرعية في أحكام الأسرة وبيان الأثر التطبيقي لهذا النوع من تفسير النصوص

This research deals with a topic related to the interpretation of texts by benefiting from the purposes of “Sharia”, in what the research called the purposive interpretation, and the research dealt with the statement of the foundations of this interpretation, its controls and importance, as well as the implementation of this type of interpretation in the texts related to family provisions, These texts I mean first the texts of the Holy Qur'an, then the texts of the Sunnah, then the statments of the jurists, and then the extension of that to fatwas and laws.
This research has been concerned in its practical applications by highlighting three aspects: the first: the high or basic purposes related to family law, the second: the special purposes related to the chapters of family law, and the third: the partial purposes of the sub-texts in family law and the effect of this type of interpretation on inplementation
