Summary: The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program to develop some innovative skills among kindergarten teachers in light of the Japanese experience. The study sample included a number of (35 teachers). The researcher used the one-group experimental approach. The tools were a survey form for the opinion of educational experts. The child in the innovative skills to be developed by the kindergarten teacher in light of the Japanese experience (prepared by the researcher), a note card for the teachers’ performance during the implementation of the training program to develop their innovative skills in light of the Japanese experience (prepared by the researcher), and a measure of the innovative skills of the kindergarten teacher in light of the Japanese experience (prepared by researcher), And a training program to develop some innovative skills among kindergarten teachers in light of the Japanese experience (prepared by the researcher). The implementation of the training program with kindergarten teachers took a month and a half, and the results resulted in the effectiveness of a training program to develop some innovative skills among kindergarten teachers in light of the Japanese experience.
