تناولت هذه الدراسة تقييم تطبيق التحول الرقمي على أداء العملية التعليمية (دراسة تطبيقية علي المدارس الثانوية) وذلك في الإطار النظري من خلال ما تضمنته الأدبيات الإدارية، وكذا الجانب التطبيقي من خلال ما أفرزته استمارة الاستبيان عبر تحليل إجابات أفراد العينة حول متغيري الدراسة، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلي جملة من النتائج علي الصعيدين النظري والميداني.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة يوصي الباحث بأن هناك العديد من العبارات في كل من الابعاد الاربعة للمتغير المستقل والمتغير التابع قد حصلت علي أدني قيم ومن ثم على الإدارات التعليمية الخاصة بهذه المدارس ضرورة تدقيق خطة عمل (Action Plan) التي يقترحها الباحث طبقا لتوصياته بالدراسة والتي تضمنت التوصية، القائم بتنفيذها، مدة التنفيذ، تكلفة التنفيذ والتي يقترحها الباحث طبقا لتوصيات الدراسة.

This study dealt with evaluating the application of digital transformation on the performance of the educational process (an applied study on secondary schools) in the theoretical framework through what was included in the administrative literature, as well as the practical aspect through what emerged from the questionnaire form through analysis of the responses of the sample members regarding the two variables of the study.
This study concluded The study yielded a number of results at both the theoretical and field levels.In light of the results reached by the study, the researcher recommends that there are many statements in each of the four dimensions of the independent variable and the dependent variable that have obtained the lowest values. Therefore, the educational departments of these schools must review the Action Plan that the researcher proposes in accordance with his recommendations for the study. Which included the recommendation, the person implementing it, the implementation period, and the cost of implementation, which the researcher proposes in accordance with the study’s recommendations.
