Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.)-Cairo University, 2024. Summary: Forty-two female basketball players participated in this study and randomly subdivided into two groups. Their mean value ± SD of age, height, weight, and BMI of group A (Study group) was 16.47 ± 2.15 years, 169.76 ± 7.17 cm, 63.47 ± 8.42 kg, and 22.00 ± 2.47 kg/m² respectively. The mean value ± SD of age, height, weight, and BMI of group B (Control group) was 17.23 ± 3.09 years, 172.71 ± 9.63 cm, 68.47 ±10.13 kg and 22.89 ± 2.23 kg/m² respectively. Rigid athletic tape was applied to one group and no taping to the other group.
