هدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير أنشطة الإعلام التربوي الرقمي من خلال عرض الإطار الفكري والفلسفي للإعلام التربوي الرقمي، وعرض خبرات بعض الدول في مجال أنشطة الإعلام التربوي الرقمي، وقد بلغ حجم العينة التي طُبِّقَت الدراسة عليها 95 طالبًا وطالبةً بنسبة 42% من المجتمع الأصلي، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وإعداد استبانة طُبِّقَت على عدد من الطلاب، مع الاستعانة بأداة المقابلة، وتوصل البحث إلى بناء تصوُّر مقترح للتطوير، كما تم التوصل إلى نتائج، منها: أنَّ الإعلام التربوي الرقمي يحقق ترابطًا بين الأخصائي والطالب، وضرورة تنمية المهارات التكنولوجية للطلاب، وتوفير البنية التحتية المناسبة لتفعيل الأنشطة الرقمية، وأهمية التدريب العملي لتأهيل الطالب لممارسة أنشطة الإعلام التربوي الرقمي.

The research aimed educational media activities Digital by presenting the intellectual and philosophical framework for digital educational media, and presenting the experiences of some countries in the field of digital educational media activities. The size of the sample to which it was applied reached 95 male and female students, representing 42% of the original population, and the descriptive approach was used. Preparing a questionnaire that was applied to a number of students with the use of an interview tool and connecting the research to building a vision proposed for development. Results were also reached, including digital educational media achieving interconnection between the specialist and the student, the necessity of developing students’ technological skills, providing the appropriate infrastructure to activate digital activities, and the importance of practical training to qualify them.
