Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Pharmacy - Department of Pharmaceutics
The work in this thesis involves formulation and characterization of pyrazinamide niosomal formulations aiming to increase the efficacy decrease the drug side effects and toxicity . Pyrazinamide niosomal were formulated using Span 60 and Span 85 along with cholsterol and charge inducing agents . Different factors affecting the entrapment of pyrazinamide in the perpared niosomes were studied including the effect of molar ratio surface chang and swelling time
