Sixty random samples of meat products were collected from different supermarkets in Cairo and Giza governorates represented by Basterma , Oriental sausage , Frankfurter and AlexSausage (15 samples of each) and subjected for mycological examinationsResults proved that the ratio of contaminated samples and the mean values of total mould count were 733
