The aim of this work is to formulate OP as a dry powder inhalation (DPI) using a novel developed inhaler device (UNI-Haler) for faster targeting and more efficient therapy . Micronized (0.5-5om) and milled (17-45om) Lactose , Trehalose , Mannito and Glucose were used as inert carriers for the preparation of OP DPI formulations
