This thesis present a fuzzy subtractive model to estimate the cost of telecommunication towers using the four parameters of design process which are height tilt wind load and antenna subjected load . On the other hand simulation models are presented to plan the construction of telecommunication towers project to use as a decision making tool considering all the sites conditions that these types of projects can meet
